For Tenants

We have been in the process of updating all of our property management information including tenant information.  Some of you have changed phone or cell numbers or even jobs and we would like to keep current of any changes in our tenant information file.  Since we are working more toward paperless way of running the property management business we would like to encourage communication through email as well.

Email can serve as an efficient way to report repairs.  Please email me with any repairs that may need attention.  We strive to keep your property in good condition for you as well as the owner.

Any repair requests must be approved by management first.  Once approved, we will send out a repair person to fix the problem. Please do not deduct any repairs or expenses from your rent.  If they are approved and you do pay for it, we will reimburse you promptly.

Avoid late fees.  Rents are due on the first of the month and deliquent if not received by the 5th at 5:00 pm.  Most of you are excellent and have never even had a late fee.  With the high cost of gasoline, just MAIL your check to the office.  A 43 cent stamp will save you time and money.  You can even set up automatic payment if you bank online.  The office address: Sandy Moore C/O Guarantee Real Estate, 756 W Shaw Avenue., Fresno, CA 93704.

Finally make your check out to: Cornforth & Moore Property Management. Even Cornforth & Moore PM, or how about C&M PM, I get all sorts of checks, just don't make them out to me, because the company has the account and it makes it harder to deposit. 

Some of you have been at your rental home for sometime now and for all of you I hope that youe experience at your home has been positive.  Cornforth & Moore property management company strives to provide the best customer service in a friendly, efficient and in a timely manner.  I hope that respectively you, the tenant; have been treating the property as if it were your own and reporting any issues that arise with the property immediately.  It is with your communication and respect for each property, that Cornforth & Moore can provide the best experience for you while renting your home.
